Pro Event Search is an event-discovery service.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. The service helps visitors discover, compare and save information about professional conferences, exhibitions, summits, forums and similar events.

Pro Event Search is not the organiser, ticket seller or registration provider for listed events unless a page expressly says otherwise.

Always confirm important details with the organiser.

We review catalogue information and link to official sources, but event dates, venues, programmes, availability and prices can change. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current or free from error.

Before travelling, registering or spending money, check the information directly with the organiser through the official event website.

Organiser websites operate under their own terms.

Links to registration pages and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Pro Event Search does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, payments, cancellations, refunds, security or privacy practices.

Only submit accurate information you are entitled to provide.

When submitting an event, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is lawful and may be shared publicly. Do not submit confidential information or content that infringes another person's rights.

You give Pro Event Search permission to review, verify, edit, classify, reproduce and publish the submitted event facts for operating and promoting the catalogue. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline, correct, archive or remove a listing.

Use the service without disrupting it or other visitors.

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site operation, submit malicious material, misrepresent an affiliation, impersonate another person, or use automated activity that creates unreasonable load or bypasses access controls.

Site content and third-party material remain distinguishable.

The Pro Event Search name, interface, original editorial content and catalogue presentation may not be copied or republished as a competing service without permission. Event names, organiser names, logos and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

The service may change as the catalogue develops.

We may update, suspend or discontinue features and may correct or remove content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Event Search is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on catalogue information, unavailable third-party services or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
